Jaka is the secretary general and leading expert at EBM. In his over 10 years of experience, he has worked on various waste prevention projects, municipal zero waste strategies and the problem of illegally dumped waste. He is EBM's main policy, plastics and waste management expert. On top of that, he runs and contributes to several Libre Software and Open Knowledge projects.
