Laura is a environmental consultant and freelancer who is passionate about ecology, in particular dealing with reduction and management of waste and the organization of ecological initiatives (markets, festivals, cultural and educational initiatives). She is also a collaborator of the Zero Waste Research Center of Capannori (Lucca) and a member of Zero Waste Italy with the task of relations with Italian municipalities.
