Lenka is a graduate of Environmental Studies at Comenius University in Bratislava. She worked for 5 years in the local government, where she headed the environmental department. During this time, the department successfully implemented several waste projects - the expansion of separate waste collection in the city, the construction of a collection yard and the establishment of a city composting plant. Since 2009, Lenka has been working at OZ Priatelia Zeme - SPZ. She focuses mainly on working with local governments in the field of zero waste and conducting information campaigns. She is the author of several professional publications and studies on waste for local governments, professionals and the public.
